Booking and Cancellation Policy
Refunds
Cancellations are fully refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If a tour cannot run
In the rare case a tour does not operate as scheduled, you will receive a full refund.
No-shows
No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
Weather
Tours run rain or shine, and Acadia is beautiful in the mist. Should you not like the weather on the day of your scheduled tour, you can contact us to re-schedule or cancel.
How to cancel
Email us at acadiatours@hotmail.com or call us at (207) 288-0300. If you booked through a 3rd party, such as Viator, you can also contact them to cancel.
Park pass
If you are a U.S. Resident, you do not need a park pass to take our tour. Should you return to the park on your own after the tour, you would need to acquire a park pass.
Accessibility
We want as many guests as possible to enjoy Acadia with us. Here is what to expect, and how to tell us what you need.
Classic Tour
The Classic runs on an enclosed, climate-controlled bus, with three steps to enter. If you use a folding wheelchair or walker and can manage a few steps to board, we are glad to bring it along. If you need a wheelchair lift to board, contact us before you book and we will do our best to make arrangements.
Premium and Private
The Berkshire buses used for the Premium Tour has three entry steps. Sorry but the ticketed Premium Tour options are not wheelchair accessible.
Our 22-passenger private tour bus is an ADA, wheelchair accessible vehicle.
Our 14-passenger private Berkshire bus is not wheelchair accessible.
Mobility needs
Tell us about any mobility needs when you book, or in your private tour inquiry, and we will give you an honest picture of what to expect and how we can help.
Service animals
Licensed service animals are welcome on all tours.
