The Classic Tour
Our most-booked tour, and the one we have been running the longest. Our Classic Tour is 2.5 hours in duration and features three stops within Acadia National Park. Stops include Cadillac Mountain, Thunder Hole, and Sieur de Monts Spring (Wild Gardens of Acadia).

The “Heart of Acadia”, Sieur de Monts features the spring and spring house, the Wild Gardens of Acadia, Nature Center, Great Meadow Wetland, and access to many historical paths.

A beautiful oceanside stop, Thunder Hole features a narrow granite inlet where incoming waves compress trapped air into a booming spray. Wave sprays can reach over 40 feet! Most active 1-2 hours prior to high tide with inclement weather.

First-time visitors, families with kids, cruise passengers, and anyone who wants the highlights without spending the whole day on it.
Yes. The Classic is all ages, and kids do well on it. Stops are broken up nicely.
If you want more time at each stop, the Premium Tour gives you that. If you are a larger group traveling together, and would prefer a non-public option, look into our Private Tour options.
$65 per adult and $35 per child (ages 12 and under). No park passes or additional fees are required, so that is the final price (gratuity not included). Our guides will work hard to make your trip great, so please consider a gratuity.
Tours run rain or shine. A good guide makes a gray day worth it, and the route can variate with the weather. Bookings are fully refundable with 24 hours’ notice, but we make exceptions on poor weather days. Please contact us as soon as you can if you’d like to re-schedule or cancel due to bad weather.
Al tours depart from Testa’s Restaurant, 53 Main Street, in downtown Bar Harbor. There are several lots and street parking nearby Testa’s. All of downtown Bar Harbor is now paid parking, facilitated by the ParkMobile app. Please arrive to town early if you are parking a car. Parking gets more challenging as the day goes on. Many guests walk from their hotel or ride the Island Explorer free shuttle to town to avoid parking altogether.
Yes, the tour price covers the guide, the vehicle, and the park entry as one. We cannot discount for an existing pass.
